How do I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation through our website by clicking the "Enquire Now" button, calling us directly at +91 98765 43210, or emailing us at themandalabliss@gmail.com. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak pilgrimage seasons.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your check-in date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will be charged one night's stay. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

Do you require advance payment?

We require a 30% advance payment to confirm your booking. The remaining amount can be paid at check-in. We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.

What amenities are included in the rooms?

All our rooms include King Size Bed, Air Conditioning, 43" HD Television, Complimentary Wi-Fi, Study Desk & Chair, Tea & Coffee Maker, Mini Fridge, In-room Safe, 24-Hour Hot Water, Luxury Bath Amenities, Hairdryer, Fresh Towels & Bath Slippers, Complimentary Bottled Water, 24-Hour Room Service, Laundry Service, and Iron & Iron Board. Premium Rooms also feature a Separate Living Area.

Can I request an extra bed?

Yes, extra beds are available on request for an additional charge of ₹1,000 per night. Please mention this requirement at the time of booking or contact us at least 24 hours before check-in.

Do you have rooms for families?

Yes, we have spacious Premium Rooms (308 sq ft) that can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably (3 adults + 1-2 children). These rooms feature a separate living area and are perfect for families traveling together.

Do you have a restaurant on-site?

Yes, Cafe Mandala serves pure vegetarian cuisine with a variety of Indian and continental dishes. We're open for breakfast (7:00 AM - 10:30 AM), lunch (12:00 PM - 3:00 PM), and dinner (7:00 PM - 10:00 PM).

Is parking available?

Yes, we provide complimentary parking for all our guests. Our secure parking area can accommodate cars, motorcycles, and small buses.

Do you offer yoga and wellness services?

Yes, we have daily yoga sessions at 6:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Our wellness center offers Ayurvedic massages, aromatherapy, and meditation sessions. Advance booking is recommended for wellness treatments.

How far is Mandala Bliss from major temples?

We're centrally located in Vrindavan. Banke Bihari Temple is 1.5 km away, ISKCON Temple is 2 km, and Prem Mandir is 3 km. All major temples are easily accessible within 10-15 minutes by auto-rickshaw or taxi.

How do I reach Mandala Bliss from Delhi?

Vrindavan is approximately 150 km from Delhi (3 hours via Yamuna Expressway). You can take a train to Mathura Junction (15 km away) or drive directly. We can arrange airport/railway station pickup on request.

Can you arrange temple tours?

Yes, we can arrange guided temple tours and local sightseeing. Our concierge can help plan your itinerary and arrange transportation. Please contact us in advance to customize your temple tour experience.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance if you need flexible timings.

Are pets allowed?

We regret that pets are not allowed at Mandala Bliss to ensure the comfort of all our guests and maintain the peaceful atmosphere of our property.

Is smoking allowed?

Mandala Bliss is a completely non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in rooms or indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.

Do you serve non-vegetarian food?

No, in keeping with the spiritual nature of Vrindavan, we serve only pure vegetarian (sattvic) food. Our menu offers a wide variety of delicious vegetarian dishes to suit all tastes.
